Designed is association with Davis, Brody, this waterfront residence features a Structural Insulated Panel envelop over a unique 8-foot modular frame of sustainably harvested Ipe-demerera from Brazil.  We engineered the HVAC system that includes a set of 4 staged Viessmann boilers that heat the pool as well as the hot water and the house.  The skin is custom milled horizontal lap-siding of Ipe fastened with stainless steel screws.  Hydronic radiant floors in the bathrooms and patio supplement the central system.
